Choose the size, colours and quantities you want, and click the Add to Quote button and complete the onscreen process.  We will email you a quote within one business day.

Once you’ve approved the quote we will send you an invoice and request 50% deposit.

You will then receive the artwork for approval.

We’ll email you the minute the order is completed and request final payment before collection or despatch.

Customise your selections with your logo or own special design or message.

Embroidery: Provide a high quality logo in jpg or png format. See our tips on low and high quality embroidery.

Screen Printing: To get the best possible result we need your logo or design in vector format, along with details of the PMS colours to help us get the closest match possible.  See our tips on screen printing.

Screen printed items will be completed within 3- 4 weeks from approval of artwork.

Embroidered items will usually be completed within 2 weeks from when we receive your artwork approval.

Once your final payment has been received, we’ll despatch your order promptly using our chosen courier service.

We inspect every single garment and merchandise item in your order before despatch, to ensure the garment is not faulty and the printing is perfect.

However, in the unlikely event that an item within your order is faulty, we request that you send it back to us and we will replace it.

We don’t accept returns under any other circumstances.
